Home staged by Jill also minimize costs as well as days on market.
She creates beautiful spaces which helps prospective buyers imagine themselves living in the home. Historically staged homes sell faster and for higher prices than unstaged dwellings.
A life long learner, Jill earned her Vacant Staging Specialist (VSS) designation in 2015. She has achieved great success preparing investment and renovated listings for sale.
Jill is a certified mentor for the CSPI program, helping new graduates begin their careers in the profession.
Jill is also busy with her company’s chosen charities, Habitat for Humanity and Renos for Heroes. When Jill isn’t creating incredible spaces she is busy in her den with her knitting needles or in the garden with her husband.
