Is 2020 the year you are creating beauty in your living and work spaces?  If we have cluttered spaces, we can’t really think straight. An uncluttered work area will help us be more productive. When we create an inviting space,  we can welcome clients into our home office and right away they will feel relaxed and comfortable.

Our expert in creating beauty in living and work spaces is Jill Ackerman from StageRight.  In this podcast she explains how to making your space beautiful doesn’t necessarily have to cost a lot of money.  She has some wonderful hacks using items such as river rock that you can purchase from discount dollar stores.  Want new artwork for your office?  Jill has some great ideas of how to achieve this with simple everyday items.

Jill Ackerman Bio

Jill Ackerman is a Canadian Certified Staging Professional® (CCSP), Certified Colour Consultant™ (CCC) and designated Residential Renovation Project Manager (RRPM). Jill supports the marketing activities of sellers and Realtors by preparing their listings for sale in a way that maximizes price and return on investment. Home staged by Jill also minimize costs as well as days on market.

She creates beautiful spaces which helps prospective buyers imagine themselves living in the home.  Historically staged homes sell faster and for higher prices than unstaged dwellings.

A life long learner, Jill earned her Vacant Staging Specialist (VSS) designation in 2015.  She has achieved great success preparing investment and renovated listings for sale.

Jill is a certified mentor for the CSPI program, helping new graduates begin their careers in the profession.

Jill is also busy with her company’s chosen charities, Habitat for Humanity and Renos for Heroes. When Jill isn’t creating incredible spaces she is busy in her den with her knitting needles or in the garden with her husband.
