Rob Krecak Bio

I’ve successfully owned and operated multiple businesses across the country, including Anytime Fitness and uBreakiFix locations. I also owned Shop Mom & Pop, a tech startup to help small and local businesses. My AnyTime Fitness locations earned numerous designations, including the Club Purple award five years in a row (every available year during my ownership), ranked in the top 8% of over 2,300 North American clubs, and surpassed a 30% operating margin after two years of ownership. For uBreakiFix, my location highlights include winning Rookie of the Year best new store of the entire franchise, Store of the Year for the best overall store in the franchise, and Highest Reviewed award for top customer service out of 500 stores.

I’m passionate about giving back to the community, and I’ve been a board member, volunteer, and acting mentor for many organizations, including The Gathering Soup Kitchen, Playworks Milwaukee, Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Milwaukee, BizStarts Milwaukee, Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute, Rockies Venture Club, and more.

I’m a thrill-seeker, self-professed nerd, question asker, voracious reader, competitor, keynote speaker, and business builder. I founded Humans First to provide a one-of-a-kind consulting experience that helps people and companies understand how technology impacts mental health, relationships, and productivity at work.

I  think there is always something to be learned from everyone, and I let my curiosity guide conversations. In my spare time, I like to do CrossFit, better mysel fthrough reading, travel, and spending time with my wife Niki and soon to be born baby.
