Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal has accomplished many things in her career. She is most passionate about making a positive difference to the image of youth and women in India and around the world. She aims to be able to reach out to every possible individual, especially girls who are relatively economically challenged, in this journey of hers and make a positive difference in their lives. She has also made a positive difference to hundreds of women from all walks of life across India in building their self-worth, image, and confidence.
As CEO of Krea, a new generation training, and development firm, she is able to train corporations on persona and image management.

Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal has been awarded with the esteemed honour of ‘Inspirational Polymath Award’ being an Image Scientist, a Pilot, a CEO and Entrepreneur, Creative Director, an Author and an Educationist amongst other hats that she wears. Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal is a ‘Bharat Book of World Records’, ‘Asia Book of Records’ and ‘India Book of Records’ holder of being the First Image Scientist in the World! She has been honoured at the prestigious World Education Awards 2018 with ‘Inspirational Educator Award for Innovation’. She has also been conferred with the esteemed honour of ‘The Pride of Maharashtra’. She is also the ALL India Chairperson for Image Management for the world’s largest women international organization.
Armed with a PhD in Image Management, four Masters Degrees in diverse areas and several other contrasting certifications to her credit, she has nearly three decades of work experience exploring a diverse career path in Aviation Education, Image Management, Information Technology, Advertising and Media. She is an expert on Image Management, Corporate & Soft Skills, Psychometrics, NLP, Communication Skills, Personality Development, Aviation and Customer Service.
Having transited from the corporate world as Global Head, Program & Content Development – Aptech Aviation & Hospitality Academy and also handling global training and academic operations of the Academy in her forte, Dr. Kuiljeit eventually ventured into the entrepreneurship mode with Krea, her company that is involved with Training, Content Development, and Consultancy Services.
Her core areas of function have been Research and Training, Content & Program Development, Creative Writing, Visualizing and People Management. A multi-talented top performer with an enviable blend of management and strategizing skills powered by creativity, challenge, and perfection, she is an effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and analytical power.
Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal has been felicitated with many prestigious awards and accolades. She has been bestowed with the ‘National Award for Innovative Concept’ 2018, ‘Exceptional Woman of Excellence’ at WEF 2018, ‘Global Iconic Woman Leader Creating a Better World’ Award at the Global Women Economic Forum 2016, and ‘Woman of Substance 2017’ Award. She was also awarded the ‘Inorbit Woman Achiever Award of Inspiration 2016’ for inspiring and making a positive difference to women and the youth of the nation. She has been awarded the Crest of Honour ‘Pride 2013’ by BVU and IMED for invaluable contribution to the Indian economy. She has also been awarded ‘Women Achiever Award 2012’ for enterprise and remarkable performance in the world of education, by the JSPM Group of Institutes.
Being well versed with the ISO Standards, she has devised comprehensive Quality Management System integral to work structures at all levels for enhanced output and easy monitoring of projects underway in line with the Quality Policy of the companies she has been associated with. She is a Certified BAT 9 Interpreter and Associate Partner of Oscar Murphy International in Psychometrics; a certified NLP practitioner by ANLP UK; and has undergone training in Tony Buzan’s Concept of Mind Mapping. Dr. Kuiljeit has also been trained by the National Institute of Sales in Professional Selling.
She has been the Chairperson of the Board of Studies of the KSO University for Management and Aviation programs across the globe, as well as on the Board of Studies of VM University and Mahatma Gandhi University for Aviation, Hospitality and Travel & Tourism courses. Being a Pilot, and an active member of the Indian Women Pilots Association, she has aspired to bring quality education in the field of aviation. As Chairperson on the Board of Studies of KSOU she was instrumental in the introduction of BBA and MBA in Aviation in the country.
Dr.Kuiljeit has researched and created innovative concepts like PRIM, D-PRIM and PIQ, the world’s first ever Persona and Image Quotient and is accessible on the web to the entire world. Adept in planning and strategizing for curriculum and academic programs, Dr.Kuiljeit has also to her credit the creation of a unique training and curriculum methodology, for which she was felicitated with the “CEO’s Award for Excellence & Quality” at Aptech. She has contributed to the creation of a few hundred educational books in Aviation, IT, Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Personality Development, Customer Service and English language skills. She has written research papers in Scopus indexed reputed international journals as well as book chapters for renowned publication houses like Springer. She is a Subject Matter Expert in Corporate and Soft Skills, Image Management, Grooming, Personality Development, Communication Skills, Aviation and Customer Service and has conducted many workshops at varied levels in companies and institutes as also mentored professionals and beauty pageant aspirants. She has devised training structures and modules for GVK, GMR, CISF and many other aviation clients for various subjects and levels of management.
Dr. Kuiljeit is a T3 Expert and has done ‘Train The Trainer Certification’ with Dale Carnegie apart from having trained and certified many academic heads and trainers in organizations. She has trained corporate houses and institutions in Communication Skills and Personality Development, Time Management, Motivation, Managing and Leading, Negotiation Skills, Retail Management, Customer Service & Experience, Teaching Techniques, ISO Standards, Quality Control and Management as well as Advertising Techniques, Professional Selling and Production. She has also conducted regular training sessions on ISO Standards for the Internal Auditors and Quality Circle of Compulearn.
Dr. Kuiljeit is the ALL India Chairperson for Image Management for the world’s largest women international chamber that works towards women empowerment and leadership at all levels and committed to women’s wellness, wealth and welfare. Apart from her social work, she has delivered lectures and talks on Image Management, Persona Transformation, Personal Branding, Personality styles and Psychometrics at global conventions of ALL.
Dr. Kuiljeit is a motivational speaker and has been invited to multiple forums, national seminars and international conventions wherein she has spoken on several topics related to motivation, attitude, women empowerment, handling stress, success in life and a plethora of subjects on life skills. She has also been invited to judge various events at National and State symposiums related to communication, persona, advertising, marketing, journalism, media, theatre, music and dance, beauty pageants, fashion shows etc.
Having represented India as a Youth Ambassador to Canada on a development programme, as also having worked in New York, she has ample international exposure to work scenarios and trends. She was selected to represent India at the International South-East Asian Convention celebrating the Year of the Girl Child. She was nominated for the ‘Duke of Edinburgh’ Award for Social Service and Activities. She was also nominated for ‘AWWA Excellence Award’ for major contribution in the enhancement of Army Soldier’s wives in the context of making them self reliant. She often spends time educating poor children and trying to ensure inculcation of good values in them, and also teaching them not to beg, but live a life of self respect.
Dr. Kuiljeit happily bid adieu to her corporate employee label at the zenith of her career, because she had a calling to make a positive difference to the image of the youth of India. Her dream crystallized into reality with her dynamic mission, which she lovingly calls ‘Mission Possible’ to make a positive difference to the image of the youth and women of India. She has trained thousands of youth and faculty from the higher education segment as part of her ongoing mission. She aims to be able to reach out to every possible individual, especially girls who are relatively economically challenged, in this journey of hers and make a positive difference to their lives. This, in her words is ‘her duty’ to do something for her beloved country that made her whatever she is today; and later, advance beyond its geographical boundaries to the youth and women of the world. She has also made a positive difference to hundreds of women from all walks of life across India in building their self-worth, image, and confidence. Dr.Kuiljeit has won three ADEX (Excellence in Advertising) Awards in her stint with advertising. She has worked with the Indian Ministry of Cultural Affairs, Doordarshan, AVRC (Audio Visual Research Centre), All India Radio and other renowned studios in India in various capacities that include comparing, script writing, anchoring, copywriting, visualizing, singing for jingles, voiceovers, making of corporate films, documentaries and UGC programs for over two decades. The clientele includes United Nations, Airtel, Lions Clubs International, UGC Films, Voice Gate, Shriram, TATA, Adobe, Ministry of Defence, SETWIN, Discovery, Yuva Vani, National Geographic, Indian Railways, Aptech, ITC, Eezee, Frooti, Little Kingdom, Mom and Me amongst many others.
