Being a woman entrepreneur, Vayjay says the focus is “not giving up.” You need to overcome the challenges of being heard, getting funding and finding the right association of collaborators because these can all be hurdles for women entrepreneurs. Originally a soft skill trainer, Vayjay is now is on a much larger stage, curating and running summits for kid entrepreneurs and transgenders.
