Tamar Viva Bio
I have experienced many things in my life, very traumatic events, a lot of insecurities, blocks, fears and low self esteem for many years.
I always knew there was more to life than what I was told so I embarked on a journy to find who I really was.
I travelled around the world and studied many different courses and modalities.
I almost gave up as most of the things I tried didn’t give me long lasting results and my issues would come back.
I have found the missing peace in how we, WOMEN, heal and deal with our internal wounds and past trauma.
I know there is a different way and I am so excited to share with every woman out there because we all deserve to feel amaing, happy, complete, whole and worthy.
I truly believe in a world where we all are connected to our authentic and truest self and the pleasure of being alive in our bodies. A body that we are in love with and worship, where uniqueness and difference is a VALUE.
