Susan Langmann Bio
Susan is the mom of three teenagers, the founder of sl.digital and proud to be an “encore” entrepreneur. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from Wichita State University (USA). She began her professional career in market research and later moved to France where she served in multiple management roles at the European-level in the areas of communications and marketing for IBM and Texas Instruments. Susan took a break from her career to be a full-time caregiver to her daughter, Nora-Marie.
A sports enthusiast, she uses physical health as a tool for going beyond one’s fears. Susan loves to trail and mountain bike in her local area, swears by pilates and weight training and is learning rock climbing (to overcome her fear of height!). Susan launched sl.digital as a way to combine her passions of writing, high-tech, and storytelling. sl.digital is dedicated to providing a full-service content marketing offering to small and emerging high-tech French startups looking to expand their market reach beyond France.
Susan is also an advisory co-founder of Retreat To Joy (www.retreattojoy.com), a company dedicated to bringing mindfulness practices to the entrepreneur community in Wichita, Kansas.
She lives in the Paris area with her three children.
