Perhaps you have never heard of career grief, but it is a “thing”, it is real.  Our podcast expert Tammy Adams explains grief can be an emotional loss of any kind and can be experienced in our work.  A missed interview, a missed promotion, a missed raise.  Career grief can also be the result of a change in something that was familiar (a co-worker dies, is fired or moves away).   Career grief can also include happy things that are a change in some that was familiar (a promotion, a company move, a raise).

In this podcast on career grief you will learn:

    • How grief applies to the workplace?
    • Does the business world support the normal and natural grieving process?
    • How can this affect our performance?
    • Do we move through stages of grief?
    • How can someone reach you if they would like to make care of unfinished business
